Tuber Refund Policy
All sales are final. Please be sure to visually inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us/provide photos within 5 days if you have any concerns (wrong or missing item, damage). Buyer takes full responsibility for the tuber after the initial 5-day window. Please understand that dahlia tubers are delicate and must be handled with care. Refunds cannot be given for weather conditions, growing conditions, pest damage, or poor customer care.
Tuber Refunds
To start a refund request, you can contact us at lakehousedahlias@gmail.com. Please provide details of the order concerns and images of the tubers. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at lakehousedahlias@gmail.com.
